Citrus Heights Water District will soon implement a customer portal with enhanced Bill Pay Service that will offer more convenient options for viewing and paying your CHWD bills. With the improved bill pay service, customers can enjoy less paperwork and easier payment methods! View water bills electronically and make payments anytime online, by phone, or by text message with a credit/debit card or bank account.
Please note: Customers currently enrolled on the customer portal will need to re-register in our new system on or after July 17th to access their account and make a payment.
Our Customer Portal will be down for maintenance from July 14-16. Please schedule payments accordingly
No registration will be required to view and make a one-time payment to your CHWD bill online.
